Signing Ceremony for Investment between Saigon - Danang Investment Corporation and Dat Xanh Mien Trung Joint Stock Company

On November 23th, the Signing Ceremony for new investment project in Ngo Quyen Trade Center Danang was held between Saigon - Danang Investment Corporation and Dat Xanh Mien Trung, JSC. According to the agreement, Dat Xanh Mien Trung will contribute the capital to the An Vien Residential Area project, currently owned by Saigon - Danang Investment Corporation and will trade this project under the new name “Ngo Quyen Trade Center Danang”.

Ngo Quyen Trade Center occupies a total area of 2 hectares. It is seen as located in a prime location in terms of landscape, feng shui and the commercial value. This project is only 900m from beach, 3km from Han river, 5 km from Da Nang City Administration Center and 5km away from Danang International Airport. All these conditions contribute to create a bustling, modern and convenient residential area

The planned project include 100 land plots (including business houses and garden houses) , the size of each plot ranges from 95 m2 to 290 m2. This allows customers to choose the plot most suitable to their building needs.

At the moment, 80 percent of the infrastructure was completed According to construction schedule, it is expected that the land plot infrastructure will be done and ready to handover in the next 2 months.
